How to avoid auto ban/disable of your Uber account

Dear Uber Riders,

          I hope you are enjoying your uber ride. If you have signed up UBER using promocode given on this web page, thank you all guys.

          My account was banned(auto banned by system) and disabled. I asked for reason and here is the full message from Uber customer care.


Thank you for reaching out! Sorry about the inconvenience caused. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this issue. It looks like our system has auto-banned your device as it's linked to multiple accounts. For the safety of the account, can you provide me a copy of your ID? Let me know if I can help provide more information for you as well so we can hopefully resolve this.

     Avoid using multiple accounts on same device.

    If I book the uber cab through wallet and i have enough credits from where the money will be deduct from wallet or uber credit please tell me

    1. By default credits option is selected for payment unless you have changed it.
      So payment via credits untill you have sufficient balance.

    Can you enable my uber account.my account was disabled since last week i drop a mail couple of times but stil yet i did not get any response for enabling my account.please do it asap.

  • I am not able to log in my new uber ID, there is number of mails made by me to uber support but there is no response from your side. Again i would like to request you please do the needful.
    Also, if your company is not going to help me then please inform the same. No one have time to made a mail to your support on daily basis.

  • My account was disabled this Sunday and I have dropped around 17 Emails since. I have also raised requests using the request form. I am receiving no response. For my initial Emails, a person named Antonio replied saying I have violated their terms of service. He also mentioned that I will have uninterrupted access to their service. SInce then, I stopped receiving replies and my requests' status goes to, 'Solved' even without solving my issue. I am dropping back to back Emails everyday and not receiving replies is not a way to solve issues. I need my account back. My family's accounts have also been disabled.
