Uber to School going to be new trends this year in India
Uber is changing the way city commutes to work and play, for dining, for movies and for surprise plans. Now parents are sending their kids to school, extra classes, coaching classes via Uber with or without accompanying themselves.
Busy parents who don't have time to schlep their kids back and forth from rehearsals, sports games, and dance classes are using Uber to easily get their kids from point A to point B.
You don't have to worry about your child exchanging cash with the driver since all payments are done automatically through the app.

Uber don't allow to create account for minors but who stops their parent to
create account on Uber . Parent can create account , then book a cab for their kids for school, while trip they can monitor their ride and can talk to driver if needed.
If parents are concerned about security and safety then they can accompany their kids to school and bring them back from school U get familiar with some regular drivers.
Parents can plan with few drivers for daily pickup on a given time (out of Uber) and drivers will be happy to get a known ride daily.
Uber has trip tracking, SOS, ride sharing options in its app to make it more simple to make a safe and secure ride to school.

Uber introduced India-specific safety features in taxi app
Uber Technologies Inc. added on a
panic button and
tracking features to its taxi hailing app in India after the U.S.-based company was
banned in New Delhi last year over rape allegations against one of its drivers.
Uber's India app now has a "
send status" feature to enable passengers to share ride details with their contacts in real time. The app also has an "
SOS" button to call the local police directly.
A spokesman said the functions were the first market-specific safety features launched by Uber. The company also said it plans to launch safety features in other countries soon.
"Safety concerns tend to be unique for each local market. We recognized the demand for these features in India," the spokesman added.
Authorities in New Delhi banned Uber in December following the rape allegations and issued rules that require all taxis to be equipped with
a physical panic button.

The idea is simple.
Parents download an app and ping a car and driver to come pick up their child.
Rides can be booked up to
a week in advance.
After booking the ride, you get an email with the name and photo of the driver, along with information about the car she's driving.
You
choose a password that the driver must repeat when she arrives to verify that she's a Shuddle employee (rather than some miscellaneous wacko.)
Some Shuddle Drawbacks
Potential drawbacks for some customers include the fact that kids are required to have a cellphone with texting capabilities in order to use the service, and bookings (for now, anyways) have to be made before 10 a.m. the day before the actual ride. Allen(founder and CEO) also said Shuddle won't be giving rides to kids who need car seats.
