WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL?
Cancellations impact both your co-rider and your driver, so please try to avoid them. If you must cancel, you will be charged ₹60, as with uberGO cancellations. For the best experience on a carpool ride for both you and your co-rider, your driver will wait only 2 minutes. Request only when you’re ready to leave to avoid paying a no-show fee of ₹60.

- You’ll see 2 options – “Share your car” and “Get your own car”
- Choose “Share Your Car” for the carpooling option and a fixed fare upfront, so you know exactly what you’re going to pay
- Choose “Get Your Own Car” to travel solo on uberGO
- Request! You might get matched with other passengers heading in the same direction
- Regardless of whether you’re matched or not, the fare will always be less than traveling solo
- Currently uberPOOL is available only between 6AM – 10PM, 7 days a week. You can choose to use Cash, PayTM, Airtel Money, Credit or even a Debit card
